As children, our experiences shape our opinions of ourselves and the world around us. And that’s who we become as adults. Since my childhood, my mind was conditioned not to express any emotions. As I grew up, all my emotions were piling inside, and I slowly became an introvert and a fearful person. But when I recognized my self-limiting beliefs and learned to express my emotions appropriately, I could easily let go of my traumatic past and live in the present. I became calm, and composed and could focus on my work. My decision-making became faster and I learned how to convert every adverse situation into an opportunity.

Our emotions act like an internal guidance system. They are key to self-awareness, self-knowledge, and unique personal language.
